Inspired by the blooms of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (19 – 23 May), Golden Arrow Bar at Pullman London St Pancras is pairing botanical-infused gins with innovative small plates throughout May.
Work your way through a limited edition menu of small plates of fresh, seasonal ingredients complemented by tasters of gin from local London-based brands including Sipsmith, Portobello Road and Bloom as well as international varieties such as French G’Vine to San Francisco’s No.209.
The subtle flavours of gin make it a unique match for flavour-packed food. Made from juniper, each brand of gin includes a unique recipe of botanicals combining herbal, floral, spicy, woody or citrus notes.
