Represent Clothing

Brothers Mike and George also known as Represent Clothing have built up a cult like online following over the last few years and it’s obvious why! The duo consistently provide those relaxed, over-sized and ‘ideal for layering’ essentials within their collections. Their latest collection ‘Only The Strong Survive’ works extremely well alongside ‘The essential denim collection’. With subtle distressed and raw detailing, every wardrobe needs a pair.

Rachel James

After the success and attention James gained from her impressive 2014 graduated collection titled Granny Flower/Man Power, she was invited by the BFC to showcase her SS16 collection down at this years showrooms. With her brand identity being ‘Creative yet controlled, Slick yet crazy’ she did just that with her new collection Slick/Lunatic using a combination of psychedelic prints and soft pastels. Providing the perfect wardrobe pieces if you’re wanting to make a statement.

Clara Martin

Often drawing inspiration from her childhood experiences Clara’s collections ooze playfulness and nostalgia – As seen throughout her AW15 project carrying a strong Boy Scout theme. Sticking to this, this year she has used a fresh colour palette of sky blues, lime greens and fuchsia pinks on childlike silhouettes for SS16. Looking for that tracksuit with the perfect balance between high end and streetwear, here it is!

Blood Brother

Falling under the contemporary menswear brand category, Blood Brother are probably best known for their high quality jersey staples but have recently evolved in to a menswear lifestyle brand. This year they delivered a collection made up of those signature staples alongside a few much bolder pieces. These included a collage of digital prints based on events/products making an impact on the world and the society we live in today – containing images of dolly the sheep and Instagram screenshots. Ideal for days when we’re feeling a little controversial.
