Bread St Sessions continue their showcase of street food superstars by welcoming ice cream sandwich-extraordinaire Blu Top, with their selection of surprising flavours to Bread Street Kitchen throughout the month of August.
The London based company is known for serving some of the city’s most unique flavours sandwiched between two home-baked cookies out of a baby blue converted Italian Piaggio Porter van at street food events across the capital.
Choose from flavours such as ‘Bourbon Whiskey Old Fashioned’, ‘Brown Toast and Jam’ & ‘Coffee and Donuts’ served between cookies including ‘Cinnamon Snickadoodle’ and ‘Brown Butter Chocolate Chip’, rotating weekly on the Bread Street Kitchen à la carte menu. Stay tuned for the last week of August for a special collaborative treat as Bread Street Kitchen’s Head Chef Paul Shearing combines forces with the Blu Top team to make the ultimate frozen sandwich. Using natural ingredients, no stabilisers, emulsifiers or preservatives and prepared fresh in small batches each week, Blu Top has been shortlisted for the 2015 Young British Foodies Awards. Want to put a naughty twist on the childhood treats? Try them out in a Boozy Shake instead.
Bread St Sessions is a celebration of food, street culture and music, reflecting the culinary diversity of London. Bread Street Kitchen, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, is located at One New Change, sitting in the heart of the City and in the shadow of the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral.
