With the first wave of tickets to September 2015’s Fare Healthy at Borough Market sold out, clean eaters and fitness enthusiasts need not panic; festival founders Shelley Martin-Light and Rose Lloyd Owen, today announce that a second wave of tickets will go on sale on Monday 14th September 2015.
A newly announced list of prominent figures from within the worlds of health and wellbeing has today been revealed with Gizzi Erskine, Tess Ward, Rosemary Ferguson, Bodyism, Amelia Freer, Lily Simpson of Detox Kitchen and Epic Training, all joining the bill. The new line up joins headlining talent leading the event, including Hemsley+ Hemsley, Deliciously Ella, Frame, Skinny Bitch Collective, Green Kitchen Stories, and Ceviche, all of whom will host lectures, demonstrations, or exercise classes throughout the day.
Fare Healthy is a daylong health and wellbeing festival which will see a collective approach to training body, mind and soul presented by the foremost experts in exercise, meditation, and healthy eating. Fare Healthy aims to eschew the notion that healthy food and fitness is a pursuit of vanity in favour of a fully inclusive, collective approach which concerns itself with the health of society as a whole, as well as on an individual basis.
Festival goers will be treated to an incredible array of options for how to spend the day. The £ 17 general admission ticket grants access to the various lifestyle stalls, spanning from delicious food to clothing to make-up, as well as interactive ‘have a go’ areas, free talks and cooking demos. These cooking demonstrations will be held by some of the leading faces in wellbeing, aiming to demystify health trends sweeping the foodie world.
For those who would like to experience in-depth tutorials and discussions from some of the most exciting names on the health scene, a variety of talks will be held throughout the day. For £20, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from some of the most exclusive nutritionists, trainers and chefs, and ask questions on their respective fields. Gym bunnies and fitness fanatics will also have the opportunity to work up a sweat with some of the leading fitness experts from around the world.
A series of running clubs, fitness classes and relaxation zones, at £ 15 each, will ensure both muscles and the brain are engaged throughout the day.
The event runs from 9 .30am to 6pm on Sunday 271h September 2015, at Borough Market, 8 Southwark Street, London SEl 1 T.
